Total reopening of the Bellinzona Castles from 11 June 2020

From 11 June, in addition to Castelgrande with the Archaeological History Museum and the exhibition of Pro Natura, the inner and outer courtyard with the museum of the Castle of Montebello also reopens. The Castle of Sasso Corbaro also reopens with the new immersive exhibition Leonardo Da Vinci 3D, not to be missed!

The Castles of Bellinzona celebrate their 20th anniversary as a UNESCO World Heritage Site


On the 30th November 2000 the Castles of Bellinzona, the wall and the city walls of the village of Bellinzona became part of the UNESCO World Heritage.

Celebrate this important jubilee with us thanks to the numerous events and activities throughout the year and let yourself be intrigued by the temporary exhibitions in Castegrande and Sasso Corbaro!
